Key Performance Features

6.5-digit (22-bit) internal DMM scans up to 450 channels per second with solid-state multiplexer module
800 kSa/s 24-bit sampling rate with DAQM909A 4-channel digitizer module
9 plug-in switch and control modules available for customization
Built-in signal conditioning for thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, DC/AC voltage and current, resistance, frequency/period, diode test and capacitance
Non-volatile memory stores 100,000 readings with data retention during power loss
High and low alarms on each channel plus 4 TTL alarm outputs

Advanced Measurement Capabilities

Ultra-low current measurement: 1 μA DC and 100 μA AC
High resistance measurement capability: 1000 MΩ
Auto-calibration function compensates for internal drift due to time and temperature changes
3497XA compliance tests, procedures and configurations
Enhanced switching speed and measurement accuracy across all modules

Software Integration: Keysight BenchVue DAQ control and analysis application software provides intuitive user interface for test configuration, real-time data display, and analysis. Compatible with DAQ970A, DAQ973A, 34970A, 34972A, and 34980A systems.
