On our production line, the fully automatic surface mount machine precisely attaches micro components to PCB circuit boards with an ultra-high positioning accuracy of 0.01 millimeters. The device is equipped with a high-resolution machine vision system that can perform millisecond level real-time detection of solder joint quality, with a defect recognition accuracy of up to 99.97%. The SMT workshop, which is matched with it, realizes intelligent interconnection of equipment through the MES manufacturing execution system. When a material throwing abnormality is detected in the surface mount machine, the system can immediately start a backup machine to seamlessly take over the operation and synchronously push graded warning information to maintenance personnel. The testing process adopts an innovative multi station parallel architecture design, and a single spectrum analyzer can synchronously complete the performance testing of 8 RF modules. All test data is uploaded in real-time to the cloud through 5G network for SPC statistical analysis, which significantly improves the product pass rate to the industry-leading level of 98.6%. The entire production line has been constructed with high fidelity virtual models using digital twin technology. Engineers can pre validate the optimization plan of the production line through a 3D simulation system, reducing the actual renovation cycle by more than 40%.
In the RF module assembly area, a six axis collaborative robot equipped with force sensors has achieved precise and flexible assembly of millimeter wave antennas. Its repeated positioning accuracy is controlled within ± 0.02mm, and the assembly efficiency is five times that of traditional manual methods. The AR intelligent assistance system deployed at key workstations provides real-time 3D assembly navigation for operators through smart glasses, increasing the one-time pass rate of complex cable connections from 82% to 96%. The packaging section adopts an intelligent sorting system based on deep learning, which uses high-precision AI visual recognition technology to automatically match products and packaging solutions, and cooperates with high-speed robotic arms to complete precise palletizing operations, achieving intelligent seamless integration from production to warehousing. The entire production line relies on the industrial Internet of Things platform to achieve full process data connectivity, with over 300 key parameters (including energy consumption, yield, etc.) mapped in real-time as digital twins, providing data-driven decision support for the continuous optimization of the production process.
